This is a bone-dry alternative to the Negroni. The bitter orange and gentian flavours of the Amer Picon (found at TheWhiskyExchange.com) play well against the Noilly Prat and Tanqueray.

Ingredients

50ml Amer Picon
25ml Noilly Prat Dry
25ml Tanqueray 10
1 dash orange bitters

Method

Glass: coctkail or small wine glass

Measure all the ingredients into a mixing glass

Stir until they are well chilled

Strain into the glass
