Head chef at the Italian Embassy, Danilo Cortellini and Agostino Schiavo, a past bar manager at The Arts Club have created this sophisticated tipple, named afer the Venice's famous square. Perfect as an after-dinner cocktail for those that like to try different flavours and combinations, you'll enjoy the drink's aromatics and complexity. Use a shaker or alternatively mix this cocktail directly in the glass.

Ingredients

75 ml of Prosecco DOC Extra dry
30 ml of tequila reposado
15 ml of Marsala dolce
10 ml of Aperol
15 ml of pomegranate and lychee cordial
Lychee or rose petals to garnish
Ice cubes

Method

Add the tequila, the Aperol, the Marsala, Aperol and cordial to a large Prosecco glass

Add a few ice cubes and stir well.

Top up with the cold Prosecco DOC.

Garnish with a lychee or rose petals
