The savoury and herbaceous, Mediterranean botanicals used in Gin Mare are brought to life by the summery flavours of orange juice and limoncello in this delightful drink. Just add a garden setting and a warm evening and this drink will awaken the senses and the palate.
Glass: Collins
Shake first four ingredients together and double-strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes
Allow to settle, then add the Aperol and grenadine mix
Top with tonic water
Decorate with a half-slice of orange, a slice of lemon and fresh thyme sprigs
