If you’ve holidayed in Italy you’ll know that the spritz is an Italian institution; a ridiculously refreshing mix that’s enjoyed at a leisurely pace over lunch or as the sun goes down. It can be made with Aperol – the vibrant orange liqueur, to produce a spritz that looks suspiciously like Lucozade – but this version uses Martini, with either a white or rosé option.
