This refreshing highball cocktail is made with Suntory Hakushu 12 Year Old, a lightly peated single-malt whisky from Japan. The mint emphasises the crisp, fresh, green taste of the whisky, for a surprisingly light drink. 

Ingredients

50ml Suntory Hakushu 12 Year Old whisky
150ml soda

Glass: Highball

Fill a glass with ice cubes

Pour in the whisky

Top up with soda
