A classic Negroni can be a bit strong in summer when the thirst needs quenching. So this drink brings length and a bit of spritz to the classic Negroni. Yum!
Glass: Wine glass
Fill glass with ice and add the gin, Campari and vermouth.
Add soda water and Prosecco, stirring gently to mix.
Twist an orange peel over the ice to garnish.
