Starters include light dishes like burrata with tomato concasse and fresh basil, and seafood salad with chilli and lemon dressing. While mains are hearty and satisfying such as veal ossobuco with risotto alla milanese and veal jus, and marinated baby chicken with chicory. To finish, there are several traditional desserts to choose from like tiramisu with coffee ganache or honeycomb panna cotta. You can also opt to add two canapes per person onto the experience, such as potato blinis with crème fraiche and salmon, or croutons with beef tartare.
