Tucked away down a secluded street in Mayfair, Beast is a truly unique restaurant and venue for your Christmas party this year. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a distinctly seasonal scene: flickering candles are suspended from the ceiling while candelabras feature on each table, lighting up the moody dining room. Up to 120 guests can be seated around its long feasting tables, although if you'd prefer to host a standing event such as a reception, gathering or party, the team can do that too.
Inspired by communal meals in north Norway, the team at Beast have created a ten-course set feasting menu to be laid down the entire table and enjoyed as a group. The menu showcases the best possible produce sourced from across the globe, and includes dishes like hand dived Orkney Island scallop, Japanese wagyu tataki, and Lake District steak on the bone. Finish with a cheese course of Somerset brie and Yorkshire blue with apple, pear and raisin chutney, or a festive sweet course such as pear frangipane tart.
A wine pairing is available to complement your festive feast, with each bottle specially selected by the in-house sommelier. If you’d prefer to choose your own however, there is a carefully curated wine selection of over 300 bottles, including new and old world wines, premium vintages, sparkling wine and Champagne for a Christmas toast. You'll also find a generous magnum selection for larger celebrations. If you'd like to enjoy a welcome drink, there are several signature cocktails on offer like the 'Where there is life, there is hope', a concoction of Solovey vodka infused with cucumber, elderflower, jasmine and citrus, if that's more to your taste.
