This is an exclusive 4-hands dinner in partnership with Valrhona Chocolate and Chef Cherish Finden, taking place on Friday 26th April at 6.30pm.
The highlight of this event is the 6-course degustation menu, where each course, including the savoury dishes, will incorporate a different type of Valrhona chocolate.
Chef Karl O'Dell, who heads the kitchen at CORD, will be showcasing his culinary skills by creating the amuse bouche, starter, fish and meat dishes.
Guest Chef Cherish Finden will be in charge of creating the pre-dessert, dessert, and petit fours.
Chef Finden is a renowned pastry chef who has worked at prestigious establishments such as the Pan Pacific Hotel in London, where she opened her first patisserie, SHIOK!.
She has also appeared on many popular British TV shows, including Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals, Heston’s Great British Food, BBC 1’s MasterChef, BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, Australian MasterChef, C4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch, Channel 4’s Junior Bake Off, Channel 4’s The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice and ITV’s James Martin’s Saturday Morning, and has won numerous awards for her exquisite desserts.
