With ever evolving menus created by Ximena Gayosso Gonzalez, choose from small or large plates of Mexican classics with meats served straight from the robata grill. Smaller plates see the likes of scallop aguachile, bluefin tuna sashimi or crab macha tostada which can be great for sharing among larger groups. There’s also options for quesadillas and tacos packed full of prawns, crispy whitefish or pork belly. Be sure to save some room for dessert and choose from more classic dishes such as Mexican flan, tres leches cake or a mango creme brulee.
