Of course, being Square Meal, the show is also filled with plenty of delicious tastings and masterclasses. Take in a Fizz For Events session with wine guru Jane Parkinson, fresh from Saturday Kitchen. Jane will be leading a tasting tour of Champagnes and sparkling wines. Don’t miss Cocktails For Events with mixology master Michael Butt, who will be showing you how to shake things up. You want more? Check out the brand new Sushi in the City workshops – and there are plenty of restaurants in attendance, too, from Tom Aikens to Gordon Ramsay, and Hush to the Cinnamon Club.
