There’s one person who knows more about St-Germain and cocktails than most, and that’s the brand’s global ambassador Camille
Vidal, who is better known as Madame St-Germain. Hailing from France, she has made London her home – and for good reason. ‘The London cocktail scene is one of the best in the world,’ she explains.

Ingredients:
45ml gin
20ml St-Germain
10ml fino sherry
10ml gomme
30ml lemon juice
30ml pineapple juice
Method:
Shake and serve on ice, garnish with berries
