Jess has experience working in 5-star patisserie sections as well as having had training by high end cookery school Le Cordon Bleu.
The culmination of all Jess’ credentials is a run of unusual, delicious vegan doughnuts created with seasonal ingredients. The process alone takes up to ten hours to make each batch, and flavours can be tailored to any theme. If you’re happy choosing from the existing line-up you’ll find tempting options like cinnamon sugar; pistachio, almond, and cardamom; or peaches and ‘cream’.

They even have a doughnut wall, which was made bespoke for them, which can hold up to 400 full-size or 600 mini doughnuts.
