Liqueurs can really pimp up your punch with an intense hit of flavour. This recipe uses raspberry liqueur Chambord to complement the flavours of fresh raspberries and pomegranate. Topped up with Champagne and served in coupettes, it’s an altogether more sophisticated punch that will add a touch of class to proceedings.

Ingredients

75ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
125ml vodka
200ml pomegranate juice
200ml Brut Champagne
1 lemon, sliced
6 raspberries

Method

Add the first three ingredients to a carafe

Half fill with ice cubes and stir thoroughly

Add the lemon slices and raspberries, fill with ice cubes and add the champagne

Stir again to distribute the fruit evenly and serve in coupettes
