Highbury Hall is a Grade II-listed Victorian mansion just three miles from Birmingham city centre, set amongst acres of private landscaped grounds. Although it's undergone a complete restoration since it was built back in 1876, this striking venue still retains plenty of character and charm, with much of the original architecture still intact. However, it also offers the best of both worlds, with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a PA system, projector and on-site parking. Boasting a spectacular countryside setting, excellent catering and a personalised events team, this versatile venue is an excellent choice for both corporate and private events, with both delegate packages for business occasions and party packages for private celebrations.
The Main Hall is without a doubt the jewel in Highbury’s crown, boasting a magnificent ceiling the full height of the mansion, an overlooking gallery, and period design. Suitable for everything from business conferences to formal banquets, the Main Hall can accommodate 100 seated guests for dinner, or up to 120 standing for an elegant drink's reception. The Drawing Room, Morning Room and Breakfast Room are all adjacent to the Main Hall and are perfect for smaller events, such as intimate private meals, or to be used as breakout rooms. All these spaces overlook the south facing terrace and surrounding greenery, to create a unique and sophisticated atmosphere. In the warmer months, the manicured grounds make a great location for outdoor events like summer drinks receptions, or even for fresh air breaks during a conference.
The excellent catering team at Highbury Hall is on hand to provide whatever food and drink you require. For example, sandwich platters and boxed salads are great for easy lunches during a business event, or opt for the hot fork buffet which includes the likes of Italian-style meatballs, seafood risotto, and chickpea and spinach curry with braised onion rice.
