Set in the heart of Mayfair, on the corner of Berkeley Square, this luxury private members’/business club provides companies with beautiful, well-equipped spaces in which to meet, work, drink and dine in style. Set over six stories, the venue boasts a number of spaces for hire for those looking to host private events, conferences and dinners for between 12 and 20 seated guests.

The Library Rooms are exceptionally versatile and cater for private dining, standing receptions and theatre style presentations for between 10 and 40 guests. Golden chandeliers illuminate a striking floor-to-ceiling bookshelf, while vibrant artworks bring pops of colour to the already warm and inviting space.

If it’s a larger, but equally stylish space you require, 12 Hay Hill’s exquisite bar is never short of stunning. Suitable for both intimate gatherings or rather more lavish parties of up to 70 guests, this gorgeous mable-filled space comprises a luxurious bar lounge and its own private terrace. Comfortable seating is richly upholstered, while warm ambient lighting bounces off the sleek marble surfaces.

By contrast, the Lower Ground Private Room is an elegant and intimate private dining room with space for up to 15 guests around a sleek marble table. Rich velvet seating and a show-stopping central chandelier are the focal points of this room, which feels immediately tranquil. The Ground Round Room, also well-suited to intimate lunch and dinner parties, looks out on to Berkeley Street so benefits from plenty of natural light from the double height windows. As evening draws in, soft lighting from the stunning chandelier floods the room as City life passes by.

From fine dining through to artisan coffee and light bites, your guests will want for nothing.

12 Hay Hill is a premium business and members club located in one of London's most illustrious postcodes, nesteled within a six-storey building in the heart of Mayfair. While the venue is known for its boutique office space and ability to host clients for networking and meetings in a plush, stylish environment, 12 Hay Hill also boasts an impressive selection of private dining spaces. 

Overall, the members club has capacity for anything between six to 80 people, but it's most commonly used private rooms work best for small to medium sized meetings or dinners. For example, the Ground Round Private Dining Room has capacity for up to 11 people and is a light-filled space, showcasing a white marble table and four-tier chandelier. Here, you have the option to leave sliding door open to the rest of the club and absorb some of the buzz, or make it totally private.

Then, there's The Libraries, a stunning, atmospheric space where you can host up to 18 people. The long, central table is surrounded by velvet-upholstered chairs and along the walls you'll find a stylish selection of books. We suggest hiring the mezzanine, too, which sits just alongside The Libraries and is semi-private, allowing guests to enjoy a few tipples with the hubub of the rest of the club, before heading into the dining room for a seated meal.

If you were to ask the 12 Hay Hill team which is their favourite room, they would say the Lower Ground Private Dining Room has a certain charm. Low-lit and sultry, this space is hued a sumptuous deep purple and has a capacity of 14 people.
